In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Administration of High-Tech Enterprise Recognition (Guo Ke Fa Huo [2016] No. 32) and the Guidelines for the Administration of High-Tech Enterprise Recognition (Guo Ke Fa Huo [2016] No. 195), the fourth batch of 1,797 high-tech enterprises recognized and filed by the Shaanxi Provincial Recognition Authority in 2025 (detailed list of enterprises is provided in the attachment) is hereby publicly announced for record‑keeping purposes. The public notice period is 10 working days.

Any objections to the publicly announced enterprises should be submitted in writing and under your real name to the Office of the National Leading Group for the Administration of High-Tech Enterprise Recognition during the public notice period. The information provided must be objective and truthful. Materials submitted on behalf of an organization must bear the official seal of that organization, while materials submitted as an individual must include your full name and valid contact information.
