Dear Relevant Units:
In accordance with the requirements set forth in the “Measures for the Evaluation of Technology-Based Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises” (Guo Ke Fa Zheng [2017] No. 115) and the “Guidance on the Evaluation Services for Technology-Based Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises” (Guo Ke Huo Zi [2022] No. 67), the fourth batch of technology-based SMEs proposed for inclusion in Shaanxi Province for 2025 has completed its public announcement. During the publicity period, following verification and handling of objections, a total of 57 enterprises were found to temporarily not meet the criteria for inclusion as technology-based SMEs. The list of 7,029 technology-based SMEs included in the fourth batch of 2025 in Shaanxi Province is hereby announced (see attachment).
